1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, submitting enquiry forms, or booking an appointment with Tile Seal Pro Regrout, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable Australian laws and regulations.

2. Photo Quotes & Scope of Work

Estimates provided via our online quote form or messaging are prepared based on the photographs, video, and descriptions supplied by you. While our photo quotes are prepared with high diligence, they remain conditional upon visual on-site verification.

If on-site inspection reveals concealed structural defects (such as severe timber rot, fractured plumbing pipework, or completely ruptured substrate membranes) not identifiable from surface photographs, we will discuss the updated scope with you before commencing work.

3. Bookings & Scheduling

Submitting an appointment request through our booking calendar represents a reservation request. We will review availability and confirm your booking by email or SMS. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify us as early as possible so we can offer the slot to other clients.

4. Australian Consumer Law & Warranties

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Where we provide workmanship guarantees for regrouting and silicone sealing, these apply provided the structure does not undergo abnormal structural ground movement, foundational shifting, or severe moisture ingress from independent external plumbing leaks.

5. Website Content & Intellectual Property

All website text, layout design, graphics, and trade guides are the intellectual property of Tile Seal Pro Regrout. Reproduction without prior written authorization is prohibited.
